We like to practice what we preach, and part of leading happier, healthier lives at Body & Soul means thinking about the bigger world – not just the bit immediately around us. We continually review our practices in relation to managing our environmental impact.
As a smaller grassroots organisation with limited funds, this can often be a difficult exercise, as cost is always at the forefront of any decision. But we have managed to make some changes; we’re doing things a little differently and in ways that we can all be proud of.
- We recycle paper, card, plastic, metal and glass.
- Our transport system for members is with Climate Cars, where cars use the latest energy-efficient hybrid technology and the minimal emissions are offset through The Carbon Neutral Company.
