Collective Care for Those Holding Hope Braver Together
Braver Together is our online programme offering structured therapeutic support for parents, partners, siblings and chosen family of those at risk of suicide. When someone you love is struggling, the impact extends far beyond them, creating a ripple effect that can leave caregivers feeling overwhelmed, isolated and at risk themselves. At Body & Soul, we take a systemic approach, recognising that supporting those around the individual is essential to real healing. By joining, you gain practical tools, deeper understanding and the confidence to navigate these challenges, alongside a supportive community of people sharing similar experiences. Together, we strengthen resilience, connection and the capacity to care for both yourself and your loved one.

The Programme
Braver Together offers an evidence-based, trauma-engaged support programme grounded in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). It equips individuals with practical tools to navigate immediate crises while fostering long-term wellbeing for themselves and their loved ones. Delivered online over 14 weeks, the programme ensures support is accessible wherever you are, recognising that care should meet people in the contexts of their lives.
After completing the programme, participants can join a supportive community space, connecting with others who share similar experiences. This space provides opportunities to exchange insights, receive guidance and explore key topics such as managing hypervigilance, reducing personal distress and improving communication, all within a non-judgemental, inclusive environment that honours diverse lived experiences.
